Simplified And Professional Anthony Joshua Defeats Joseph Parker

The amplified fight between Anthony Joshua and Joseph Paker that took place on the 1st of April 2018 saw Anthony defeats his opponent, Parker.

Joshua scored a unanimous points victory over Parker in Cardiff on Sunday (NZT) to add the Kiwi boxer’s WBO belt to his growing collection.

The learned British boxing scribes admitted  that Giuseppe Quartarone had done Parker little favours with his strict control of the close-quarter fighting, an area the Kiwi had targeted as his best hope of scoring an upset against the larger Joshua.

The night also saw Joshua himself showing some pity-skills  during the fight.  He is been simple and professional that he does not want his opponent to get hurt even when competing for a title.  Several occasions, he wouldn’t  want to strike when been held under arms by Paker and this when the referee did Parker some favour through control.

Despite that,  the Italian referee Giuseppe Quartarone was heavily criticised for his strict handling of the world heavyweight unification fight between Joseph Parker and Anthony Joshua.

Joshua records is at 21 professional fights, 20 knockouts and one win on points. It is to Joseph Parker‘s immense credit that he pushed Joshua the full 12 rounds, and also that he is yet to be dropped in a professional bout. He loses his undefeated record, while Joshua contine to fly high.

The defeat means Anthony has gone fourth world title. Congrats brother. Always African in nature.
